Forever recommending Absolute Martial Arts to anyone who shows the slightest interest in even just gaining fitness. I joined absolute when I was around 15, I was a very quiet and shy girl but the instructors and all the members were so welcoming it very quickly brought me out of my shell. Since day 1 I’ve always seen absolute as my second family. I’ve been training on and off for the last couple years and every return is welcomed with open arms. I quickly became a better martial artist than I ever I imagined I’d be as everyone is so dedicated in helping each other succeed. As a mum I would recommend AMA to parents who want their children to get to know martial art from dedicated professional coaches, gain confidence, good shape and make true friends. Children will learn skills that they probably never learn at school or at home. I can honestly say without a doubt the Absolute crew headed by husband and wife team Craig and Rachel is one of the very best clubs out there led by world class and world champion instrcluctors. Whether you're looking for fitness, self-defense, a fun hobby, or world class kickboxing skills, Absolute martial arts and their staff will deliver in a fun, professional, effective way. One of my favorite aspects about Absolute is the family atmosphere. You become so much more than just classmates or even teammates. You become family and the instructors will help you with whatever you need. I've seen them teach all age groups and you can tell how much love and passion they have. I try to make me way to England as much as I can and I always look forward to training with the Absolute crew because it's like I've never left and been there the whole time and everyone treats me like family and we have amazing training sessions. Both of my son’s have been training with Absolute Martial Arts & they love it. The classes are fun whilst teaching them valuable life skills such as feeling confident in themselves, being able to handle conflict, & defending themselves. The social side of the club is fantastic with many club activities outside of the martial arts classes for example the Club’s famous park days & Christmas party.
