I started with 0 experience with kickboxing yet I have rapidly picked up the many skills taught here- the coaches are very professional but still manage to have a personal connection with every student, advising us on our own independent goals and targets. I've learnt so much in a short space of time, which is all the more amazing due to the fact that some of the past year they had to teach via zoom! The assistant teachers are all brilliant as well, so there is always plenty of help and support at each class.
