Our mixed abilities adults classes are carefully tailored to suit the goals of our students. Whether you are training for self defence, competitions, general fitness or to progress through the grading syllabus, the classes will incorporate everything you need to get to where you want to be. At Absolute Martial Arts we pride ourselves on having created a positive, ego free, social training environment suitable for everyone.
